You may have some reasons for planning home renovation or improvement. These may include necessity and aesthetic reasons. Aesthetic reason may involve a plan you have been dreaming of for a long time. For example is planning to build a beautiful bathroom or additional rooms at your house. Alternatively, you have been planning to change the color of your bedroom, upgrading the kitchen and bedroom, or merely add some ornaments to your house.
Necessity reason includes the fact that the existing rooms do not fit anymore. This may be due to the addition of family members or a plan to establish a business at your home for which you may need additional rooms. Such reason for home improvement is considered to be a must since you will get additional benefits of it. Furthermore, the reason may be the need for major upgrade for all parts of the house since the existing one looks so gloomy. And the other is the need for home repair due to an unwanted happening like natural disaster.
You may have a list of plans for home renovation or improvement]. However, one thing that must be taken into account is the allocation of fund for the renovation. If you have sufficient amount of money, you can plan them all at once. But in case of limited resources, you need to make a list of priority based on the available resource.
